Customer Service Representative (Tools Product, Basic Up to $3.3k + AWS + VB) - Sembawang

You will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, processing orders and export documentation, and supporting the sales team in meeting their targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries from customers via phone and fax in a prompt and professional manner.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely and correct entry of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders into the system to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to monitor and update the status of orders and deliveries.
• Prepare export documentation for overseas shipments in accordance with requirements.
• Manage documentation related to Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations when applicable.
• Work with warehouse personnel and freight forwarders to ensure timely collection and delivery of customer orders.
• Generate invoices promptly upon order completion.
• Provide support to the Sales team in achieving monthly forecast targets.
• Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, with a focus on order processing and export shipping.
• Familiarity with L/C processing is required.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
