Mechanical Engineer (Semiconductor) [Woodlands | 5 days | up to $6500] - LCYL

• Working Location: Woodlands North Coast
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
• Starting Salary: $3,500 to $6,500

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
• Evaluates final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team
• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules
• Responsible for mechanical documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) with at least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or with strong equipment-related exposure
• Hands-on experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs for simulation and data analysis
• Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or similar industries
• Knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
