Job Description:

• Handle 360 Cycle Recruitment
• Develop business and bring in new clients for the company.
• Understand well the requirements of the clients for the job position and match suitable candidates to fulfill the client’s needs
• Perform interviews and selection process to recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies.
• Assist to arrange and coordinate interviews
• Align with the company’s growth plan and meet monthly sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Any Field
• Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
• A team player who can work independently
