Sales Admin/ Sales Support Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions
- Prepare quotations, DO, PO, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries
- Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems
- Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
Front Desk Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front desk enquiries
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Support daily office operations and coordinate with internal teams
- Handle basic invoicing and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with external parties for required processing and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Able to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with invoicing and basic billing processes.
