Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Customer Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
• Warehouse Support: Perform ad-hoc warehouse duties, including organizing stock, assisting with shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory levels, order status, and cycle count results.
• Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
