RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
- Assist and support the Contracts Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor in contract / commercial administration including measurement and sourcing, purchasing, procurement, progress payment certification and/or variation order.
- To support and work with operation team to manage the subcontractors/suppliers to ensure site activities are on schedule and prompt payment to subcontractors/suppliers.
- Other QS duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Candidate should possess at least 1 year experience in quantity surveying related fields.
- This is a junior position and candidate must be willing to learn.
