Bukit Merah - Process Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares wafers for experimentation to include cleaning. Loads wafers, prepares reactor for experimentation. Evaluates performance of process system.
• Interface with team members, understand their detail plan and requirement
• Process wafers in Chemical Vapor Deposition chambers. Monitor process and hardware performance.
• Records process conditions and experimental observations.
• Measure on-wafer film properties. Characterize film.
• Report data to the team.
• Checks performance of process system. Orders equipment and supplies, and coordinates with vendors and purchasing.
• Perform routine shut down procedure. Identify problem put tool down and call for service.
• Coordinates instrument repair and maintenance. Coordinates with engineering on wafer evaluations.

Requirements:

• Prior relevant experiences in process are preferred but not compulsory
• Enjoy hands-on duties daily (non-desk bound)
• Capable to work in a clean room environment daily
• Can work on day and afternoon shift (rotational basis)
