Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business in Southeast Asia across chemical, semiconductor, F&B & palm oil industries.
- Identify and close deals with OEMs and industrial users of filtration, pumps, valves, and separation equipment.
- Build a robust pipeline in high-potential markets (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategy execution.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ business development experience in industrial or B2B markets.
- Experience in fluid handling/equipment (filters, pumps, separators) preferred.
- Strong understanding of ASEAN markets, business culture & networking skills.
- Excellent communicator with strategic mindset and results focus.
- Fluent in English; local language skills a plus.
Career Path:
- Fast track to Regional Sales Manager or Key Account Executive roles.
