Job Description

We are seeking a Functional/Test Analyst with strong domain knowledge and hands-on testing experience to support system validation and quality assurance activities.
The ideal candidate will bring prior functional expertise, particularly within insurance or related domains, and contribute to ensuring system integrity and alignment with business requirements.
Exposure to SAP implementations will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements

Strong functional experience in insurance or related domains.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
Experience in system testing, UAT support, and defect management.
Prior exposure to SAP implementations is highly desirable.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
Validate system functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.
Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL queries. Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects and issues.
Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure overall data accuracy, system quality, and compliance with requirements.
Contribute to test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in insurance systems or financial services platforms.
Familiarity with SAP modules or SAP-driven projects.
Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
