Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper & Office Administrator near Tai Seng MRT to manage daily bookkeeping with Zoho, support light office administration, and assist with government grant documentation.
Responsibilities- Manage daily journal entries and perform bank reconciliations using Zoho accounting software to ensure accurate financial records
- Organize and maintain financial documents and coordinate with external Accountant for timely GST submissions
- Scan, file, and digitally archive business documents to maintain an orderly office filing system
- Support government grant applications by preparing and tracking required documentation
- Generate monthly pay slips based on staff timesheets
- Maintain general office upkeep and assist with administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines
- Prior experience using Zoho accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using scanning tools and digital filing systems to manage documents
- This is a part-time role requiring availability for 20 hours per week at our Tai Seng office location
