Admin cum Accounts Executive (CCTV / Security System)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to support the operations and financial functions of our CCTV and security systems business.

The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist in accounts management, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth office operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate work logistics and documentation with operation teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, inventory, and office supplies.
• Support HR processes such as staff attendance, claims, and leave tracking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support management and team operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation.
• Assist with payroll processing, staff claims, and reimbursements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on administrative and accounts matters.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-ups to support customer accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between customers and internal teams to support smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in administration or accounts within the CCTV, security, or technology industry is preferred; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and teams.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms.
