About the Role

We are seeking a STEM Programme Executive to design and deliver engaging Science, Robotics, and Mathematics programmes for preschool and primary school learners. This role offers the opportunity to combine curriculum development, teaching, and programme coordination to create meaningful learning experiences.

• Develop and enhance STEM curriculum to ensure engaging and age-appropriate learning
• Conduct enrichment classes, workshops, and holiday programmes
• Monitor student progress and prepare reports
• Design new programmes and incorporate innovative learning approaches
• Train and support trainers to ensure consistent delivery standards
• Coordinate with centres and internal teams for programme execution
• Assist with trainer onboarding, payroll administration, and budgeting

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, Robotics, Computing, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching or managing programmes for children
• Experience in curriculum development is preferred
• Experience in workshops or camps is an advantage
• Familiarity with primary school Science syllabus is beneficial

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable with good problem-solving skills
• Interest in education and working with children
