Client Servicing & Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow SME client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell Training Courses (XiaoHongShu, Generative AI, TikTok), WhatsApp solution, and SME Bosses Connect Community
  • Drive client onboarding, renewals, and upselling of solutions.
  • Support workshops, events, and networking sessions to increase participation.
  • Maintain accurate records (CRM) and provide regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-driven, with experience in client servicing or account management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/WhatsApp automation is an advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.
