Assistant Production Supervisor (Operations - Electrical) | $2900/ 5 Days/ West

Job Scope:

• Supports the Production Supervisor in managing daily production activities for water filtration systems
• Ensure machine assembly, testing, troubleshooting, manpower coordination, inventory control, and ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical components such as motors, pumps, wiring, and PLC systems.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to production workers when required.
• Monitor manpower utilization, attendance, and overtime arrangements.
• Ensure production schedules and project deadlines are met.
• Assist with packing, palletizing, and preparing products for delivery or export.
• Monitor stock levels of production consumables and maintenance materials.
• ·Ensure proper housekeeping practices are followed daily.
• Monitor company tools and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, or related technical cert in Engineering field.
• Relevant 2 years working environment under manufacturing or electrical engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, water treatment, or machine assembly environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, pumps or motors systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with workplace safety and 5S practices.
