Job Description:

Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.You will also be responsible for managing business resources,including manpower and internal assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase market share.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Lead the development and implementation of business development plans and strategies.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
5. Developing strategic leasing and execution plans to achieve desired mall positioning.
6. Identify new retail concept that are compatible with mall positioning,branding and tenancy mix to drive optimal value.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
8. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development activities.
10. Support and corrdinate activities related to new store openings including logistics preparations and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business relationships.
6. Proficiency in market research and analysis.
7. Experience in the luxury goods or premium services industry is a plus.
8. Knowledge of the Singapore market and business landscape.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
