Engineering Support Assistant [ Entry-level / Manufacturing ]

Basic Salary: $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities:

• Support daily production operations by providing timely technical assistance to the shop floor.
• Inspect, document, and analyse product defects to identify root causes and suggest corrective actions.
• Follow and update standard operating procedures to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor product quality and support initiatives to reduce defects and improve processes.
• Maintain and update documentation such as PPAP, FMEA, and quality records.
• Use AutoCAD/Autodesk software to support basic engineering drawings and modifications.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks, including equipment setup, sample management, and process improvements as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, or manufacturing environments.
• Willing to learn, Training is Provided
• Able to work well in a team
