What you'll be doing

Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and orders via various e-commerce platforms
Processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Assisting with product research, content creation, and online marketing initiatives to drive e-commerce growth
Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborating with the wider team to implement sales strategies and improve e-commerce operations
Providing administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of the e-commerce business

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or sales assistant role, preferably within an e-commerce environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
