(QAQC Engineer /& Maintenance Technician) - Jurong West

1. QAQC Engineer

• Perform quality control including material control, measurement of all dimensions in drawing.
• Inspect all items/ parts for welding, qualified welding procedures and final visual inspection.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on quality related issues for both local and oversea.
• Prepare and compile Manufacturers Data Report (MDR).
• Maintaining QMS System to ensure the company operations comply with ASME standard.
• Assist in all Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering support duties.
• Maintain & implement and audit according with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Coordinate with NDT contractors on job scope needed to support inspection work requirements.
• Diploma/ Bachelor in Precision/Mechanical) /Electrical
• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

1. Maintenance Technician (Printing Machine)

• Apply risk control measures to ensure work activities safely
• Ensure contractors comply with company’s WSH and EMS standards and practices
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inspection and maintenance work
• Perform Preventive/Corrective maintenance, Test & Commission on equipment and systems
• Perform process equipment and system troubleshooting in Electrical and Mechanical rectification
• Maintain maintenance & Inspection record and support facility and utility operations.
• Document procedures, schedules of maintenance and liaise with 3rd party service providers.
• Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic discipline
• At least 3 years working in engineering firm or manufacturing maintenance environment
