Data Analyst
About the role
As an Data Analyst, you will support the financial performance, reporting, and operational effectiveness of our Aftersales business. This role plays a key part in driving profitability, supporting projects and initiatives, and ensuring strong inter-department collaboration.
Key responsibilities- Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.
- Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.
- Provide operational support to service centres, including system-related issues, package clarification and setup, initiative provisioning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with operations teams to support debtor ageing and collections, working closely with Finance to resolve outstanding issues.
- Represent Aftersales and participate in tender and procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with company regulations, governance standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
- Support innovation, digitalisation, and system implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Work closely with Digital Transformation teams on system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage and prepare monthly incentive and commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Support Aftersales-related events and ad-hoc projects when required.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, reporting, finance support, or aftersales-related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills.
- High level of interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
