Your new company

Client is an enterprise management consulting firm, seeking to hire a Facilities Manager (2 year contract), up to $8,000.

Salary: up to $8,000 per month

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, including schedule, and supervising. Ensuring the facility is well-maintained, organized, kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property, including coordinating with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure the security measures are in place and functioning effectively.
• Managing the petty cash - budget, expenses, financial records.
• Assist with any forms of scheduling of appointments and coordinating travel arrangements

• Preferably someone that has a degree with relevant experience of work
• Positive attitude, open mindset and team player. Effectively work with people and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers and contractors
