Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive in Singapore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support and managing customer service operations.
Responsibilities- Handle the processing of customer quotations and orders, and provide daily customer support.
- Coordinate shipping logistics with customers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers.
- Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with customs and customer requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to manage and adjust shipment schedules.
- Assist the sales team in preparing customer quotations.
- Engage with customers to finalize and close sales
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Able to converse with customers in mandarin
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
