Job Description & Requirements
  1. Sales & Client Engagement
  • Actively support the sales team with lead generation, client prospecting, and follow-ups.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from first inquiry to post-event feedback.
  • Present clear, detailed information about services, pricing, and availability to potential clients.
  1. Event Planning & Customization
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Work with culinary and operations teams to develop tailored proposals, creative menus, and service packages.
  • Ensure dietary preferences and special requests are met with precision and care.
  1. Coordination & Execution
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, tastings, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, transportation, and on-site needs.
  • Resolve any event-related issues promptly and professionally, ensuring smooth execution every time.
  1. Sales Support & Documentation
  • Process catering orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records including contracts, invoices, and event summaries.
  • Coordinate with finance for timely billing and payment follow-ups.
  1. Reporting & CRM Management
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, client data, and pipeline activities.
  • Generate regular sales reports highlighting performance metrics, conversion rates, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying potential areas for business development and repeat client engagement.
  1. Relationship Building
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-through.
  • Conduct post-event check-ins to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and encourage future bookings or referrals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales (Catering Sales Executive preferred).
  • A deep understanding of the local catering/event market and sales strategy.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in client management, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
