Job Description:

• Provide professional customer assistance by offering product information and supporting shopping needs.
• Communicate company’ policies, services, and promotions accurately and address customer feedback promptly.
• Maintain service standards and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct inventory counts, report discrepancies, and manage merchandise replenishment, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure sales area housekeeping by checking displays and fixtures regularly.
• Perform cashiering duties and assist with additional tasks such as signage requisitions, gift-wrapping, and follow-ups on alterations, repairs, and deliveries.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in household/home appliance products or female fashion.
• Cheerful, well-groomed personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to a 5-day work week, including full retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
