- Salary:
- Senior Technician: $2,800 – $3,500
- Production Technician: $2,000 – $2,500
- Completion Bonus: 1 Month

⏰ Shift Work (Mon–Fri | Fixed Shift Assigned):
- Morning: 7:30AM – 4:30PM
- Afternoon: 3:30PM – 12:30AM (+$15/shift)
- Night: 11:30PM – 8:30AM (+$25/shift)
- Job Scope:
- Lead and execute assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex systems
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Support new product builds and engineering improvements
- Perform quality checks on parts and assemblies
- Drive continuous improvement and production efficiency
- Ensure safety and compliance in all operations
✅ Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Min. 2 years experience in manufacturing/semiconductor
- Skilled in mechanical assembly & troubleshooting
- Able to read technical drawings & schematics
- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 23kg)
- Willing to work in cleanroom & rotating shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
