Site Engineer [Training provided | Civil Engineering]

Site Engineer

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days (standby for Saturday if needed)

Working hours : 8:30am - 6:00pm

Salary : $2900-$3500

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision & Coordination

• Take charge of project execution on site, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth project progression

1. Site Testing & Quality Control

• Conduct and supervise various site tests (e.g., Non Destructive, Test, Plate Load Test, Structural Inspection) to ensure compliance with specifications
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project

1. Facade Inspection & Assessment

• Perform inspections and assessments of façade works, ensuring safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and coordinate necessary rectification works

1. Technical Support

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Resolve site issues and provide timely technical solutions

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
• Ensure proper documentation for testing, inspections, and approvals

1. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations
• Conduct safety briefings and monitor site safety conditions

1. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and project updates
• Attend coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across all parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Entry level or candidates with relevant site experience are welcome
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination
