Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the facility management space. Your primary objective will be to map out corporate organizations and identify the key decision-makers responsible for office cleaning and indoor air quality services.

This is a role where you will be the first point of contact, ensuring our sales team has the right person to speak with.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to corporate offices to identify specific decision-makers (e.g., Facilities Managers, Office Managers, or Operations Directors).

Lead Qualification: Introduce our services clearly and persuasively to gauge interest and assess if the company fits our target profile.
Data Accuracy: Maintain and update our CRM/lead database with accurate contact details and organizational structures.
Appointment Support: Where applicable, schedule follow-up appointments or "discovery calls" for the senior sales team.

Activity Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call volume, successful contacts identified, and qualified leads.
