About the role

Join SIONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD' as a full-time Electrical Engineer based in the Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Design and oversee the implementation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems.
Proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as project managers and site supervisors, to coordinate electrical work
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on construction sites
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and other documentation related to electrical work

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
