HR Executive (Recruitment)

Retail Industry

• Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Basic salary up $3200 + VB
• East Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies, attend mass walk-ins, career fairs, and roadshows to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage the application, renewal, and issuance of work passes (EP, WP, SP).
• Work closely with Operations Management to understand staffing needs and source suitable candidates for various positions.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, keeping them up to date.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and other related regulations.
• Take on additional ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Prior experience in recruitment, especially within a fast-paced, multi-store retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• A highly organized, meticulous, and resourceful individual who can multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and Industrial Relations Act.
• Discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism.
• A team-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic individual.
