Pilates Instructor - Bukit Merah

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Gliss Wellness Group' in the vibrant Clarke Quay Central Region. As a full-time Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes to our diverse client base, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

• Conducting engaging and effective Pilates classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced
• Expertly instruct both traditional mat-based and equipment-based Pilates exercises, with specialized focus on reformer instruction and advanced apparatus work.
• Assess and prepare appropriate equipment for each class session, including yoga props (blocks, straps, bolsters), Pilates apparatus, exercise balls, resistance bands, and various weighted accessories.
• Lead inspiring group fitness classes that emphasize core strengthening, postural improvement, enhanced balance, increased flexibility, and overall mind-body wellness.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends, and incorporating them into your classes

• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive hands-on experience as a certified Pilates Instructor with demonstrated expertise in group and private instruction.
• Complete professional training and certification in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair techniques with ongoing continuing education.
• Current CPR/AED certification from a recognized training organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and punctuality with a collaborative team spirit and positive attitude.
