The Role
Working location: Mount Elizabeth Novena HospitalWorking hrs: 5.5days office hrs
Assist in the management of customer service at registration & booking office.
Key accountabilities- Performs duties of Customer Service Officer by providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Ensure telephone courtesy and patient confidentiality at all time.
- Ensure handover of information is complete and timely
- Performs efficient and accurate patient registration
- Ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
- Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
- Other assignments as and when required
- Minimum "N" level or equivalent
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work in fast paced environment
