The Role

Working location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital

Working hrs: 5.5days office hrs

Assist in the management of customer service at registration & booking office.

Key accountabilities
  • Performs duties of Customer Service Officer by providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Ensure telephone courtesy and patient confidentiality at all time.
  • Ensure handover of information is complete and timely
  • Performs efficient and accurate patient registration
  • Ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
  • Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
  • Other assignments as and when required
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum "N" level or equivalent
  • Good communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
