About the role
Join the vibrant team at TAY SHOP PTE LTD as a Beauty Sales Promoter. In this full-time role based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of premium beauty products. With a focus on driving sales and enhancing brand awareness, this is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic retail industry.
LOCATION
We have 8 outlets which are located at NEX Serangoon, Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Wheelock Place Orchard, Jewel Changi Airport, Orchard Plaza, The Centrepoint & Harborfront .
WORKING HOURS- Morning Shift - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Afternoon/Mid Shift - 12:00 - 8:00PM
- Night/Closing Shift - 2:00PM - 10:00PM / 1:00PM - 9:00PM
Salary Range: Earn a monthly average of up to S$10,000 and more (Uncapped Earnings)
What you'll be doing- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Actively promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our beauty products to drive sales
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge to provide accurate and informative advice to customers
- Ensure the sales area is well-presented and stocked at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales targets
- Support with other retail duties as required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the beauty industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
