Job Summary:
The F&B Executive is responsible for managing daily operations of food and beverage activities, ensuring excellent service quality, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting sales growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the organization.The role involves coordinating with kitchen, service, and supply teams to ensure smooth functioning of all F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain timely food preparation and delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering raw materials, beverages, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Assist in menu planning, costing, and pricing strategies in line with business goals.
Support in planning and execution of promotional activities and events.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B performance and sales reports.
Train and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and POS operations accurately.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B operations, restaurant, or catering industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
