We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by generating leads and reaching out to potential customers within the APAC region. This position involves proactive prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a drive to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Generating and qualifying sales leads via cold calling to potential customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry trends to support generation efforts.
- Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- CRM and Record Maintenance
- Update and maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in our proprietary CRM system.
- Collaboration with Sales Team
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to the Sales team in APAC.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies to improve performance.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus.
- Ability to make a high volume of cold calls daily, at least 50 calls a day.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
