Role Overview

You will be part of our Customer Experience & Events Team, deployed at roadshows, pop-up events, and exhibitions across Singapore. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or career switchers, including those from retail, hospitality, F&B, tourism, or service-related backgrounds.

With comprehensive training and mentorship, you’ll develop skills in communication, customer service, and team coordination, while gaining exposure to events management and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers at event locations
Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and achieve campaign goals
Participate in training to strengthen service, communication, and leadership skills
Gradually take on team coordination responsibilities as you progress
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
No prior experience required — full training provided
