Policy Servicing Executive (6 months contract) - Toa Payoh

6 months contract.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process onboarding and managing renewals of clients.
• Review and verify policy documents for accuracy.
• Ensure that member movement is up to date in the system.
• Ensure all benefits and client related information are updated accordingly (if changes occur).
• Close monitoring and resolution of emails and escalations that are being assigned to you.
• Ensure all SLAs and stipulated turnaround time are met.
• Answer enquires via emails and phones (mostly Insurer).
• Prepares and provides required data for reporting.
