Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks Singapore is a wholly owned subsidiary of HYMH, and we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team at our Singapore office in Tuas. This position will work with the Dealer Finance Manager on the day-to-day financial activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the complete accounting processes for Hyster-Yale Lift Trucks Singapore including all Financial Accounting (AR, AP, GL, inventory), supports the planning and forecasting process and management reporting.
• Prepare GST return accurately and on time
• Assist with annual audit preparation, corporate tax return and coordinate with auditors and tax agent
• Support cashflow forecast and cash management
• Plan and execute accounting IT system upgrades and revamp process and/ or procedures where necessary to improve productivity
• Supervising and coaching junior staff, delegating tasks and providing necessary guidance
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Accpac
• Possess positive working attitude, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
