- Perform general administration and daily operational tasks
- Perform scheduled tasks and system defects management
- Perform network management services
- Monitoring of system and network health status using Solarwinds
- Submission of daily report and incident report
- Assist customer on exercise support and system audit
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mission critical systems and possess knowledge of computer system engineering (System configuration, Network system and System backup)
- Open to work 12 hours shift and public holidays/weekends if required (seldom happens, but if it happens, allowances will be provided for working out of regular office hours).
