Store Assistant
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection:
- Assist in unloading incoming goods and checking against delivery orders/invoices.
- Inspect goods for damages, quality, and quantity accuracy.
- Label and store products according to warehouse procedures.
- - Inventory Handling:
- Organise, stack, and store dried goods in designated areas.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper inventory documentation and support stock-take activities.
- - Order Fulfilment:
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate labeling and timely preparation for delivery.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and update outgoing shipment records.
- - Warehouse Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
- Comply with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Report any faulty equipment or safety hazards to the supervisor.
