Responsibilities:

Assist Engineer in planning, controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance
Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site
Feedback status of major works to Engineer
To lead a team of technicians to carry out Preventive Maintenance for specialist mechanical system which consist of control circuitries i.e. sanitizer, AGSS system, P-tube
To submit monthly progress report to Engineer reporting on Preventive Maintenance & Building Maintenance throughout the month
To analyze the CMMS BM module and suggest/propose to client rectification/improvement plan

Requirements:

Minimum a recognized Diploma in Engineering Disciplines (Preferably in Electrical /Electronic/Building M&E, Facilities Management)
Minimum 3 -4 years working experience in Facilities / Building Maintenance
Possess Supervisory skills
Able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Good interpersonal, communication & organization skills
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviou
