We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, field service, and provide basic technical training to end-users (local and overseas) in the Food Processing Industry.
• Provide technical support such as remote troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical guidance to end-users via email and/or phone across the Asia region.
• Ensure all service activities meet company standards and customer satisfaction goals.

• Perform initial troubleshooting following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support and monitor resolution progress within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and report recurring technical issues or customer feedback to the team leader.

• Must have permanent working rights in Singapore with no restrictions.
• Minimum Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in machinery troubleshooting are also welcome.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical support or engineering roles.
• Experience in meat (non-halal) processing facilities, especially with slicing equipment, is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel across the Asia region.
