Senior Supplier Quality Specialist (High-Volume Manufacturing)

Join a leading global equipment manufacturer as a Senior Supplier Quality Specialist, where you will lead supplier quality initiatives, drive systemic improvements, and ensure operational excellence in high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main quality contact for supplier performance and escalations.
• Lead resolution of supplier issues using 8D, SCAR, and root cause analysis tools.
• Manage and document quality processes using enterprise-wide systems.
• Conduct supplier audits and process validations aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges.
• Support supplier qualification and continuous improvement programs.
• Present project updates and quality metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier quality within high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, process audits, and corrective actions.
• Skilled in cross-functional communication and project management.
• Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and global supplier networks is advantageous.
