Research Assistant | Central | Up to $5,500 - Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate research project timelines and ensure smooth progression through each stage.
• Manage external vendors and review research materials (e.g., questionnaires, code frames).
• Test and troubleshoot surveys to ensure accuracy in data collection.
• Consolidate and clean data from various sources for consistency and reliability.
• Create data visualisations using Excel (charts, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Support enhancements to data dashboards and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 2–3 years of relevant experience in research operations, data profiling, or analytics support.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
