Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end/year-end closing
• Maintain GL entries, balance sheet, P&L schedules, and fixed assets register
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and payment processes
• Oversee AP/AR improvements and system controls
• Prepare financial reports, GST filings, and statutory audit schedules
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for compliance matters
• Support financial projects and management reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong audit background
• Proficient in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
