Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Joo Koon, Opposite MRT station

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable & efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on the order processing documentation, claim submissions, liasing with clients for deliveries & aftersales services, along with supporting basic warehouse operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office/showroom operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
  • Prepare delivery notes, invoices and submit purchase orders according to standard procedures
  • Keep proper filing and record of documents
  • Have good knowledge of all Medpro products after training
  • Assist in claims submission/processing orders from platforms.
  • Assist in packing, and dispatching orders with precision and care.
  • Assist in handling walk-in customer when needed.
  • Assist in receiving, checking & updating the inventory of incoming goods.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "N" level, ITE or equivalent
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive attitude at work

  • Meticulous and responsible employee
  • Dedicated team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel, Inventory Application can be taught)

Work Location: Joo Koon (5-minute walk from MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
