We are looking for BIM Modeller proficient in Architecture / Structure / MEP trade
Tender Stage:
- Create and update BIM models based on Tender drawings and corrigendum in accord to Company BIM standard.
- Create Still images rendering for the presentation.
- Create 4D sequencing based on Engineer’s master program.
- Extract quantity from BIM for Tender QS/Engineer as a reference.
Project Stage:
- Create and update BIM models based on Contract drawings and corrigendum.
- Preparation of models for coordination and Shopdrawing submission in accordance to the BIM schedule
- Prepare BIM models to communicate and visualisation aids
- Ensure the integrity/quality of the models, eg. Models to be clear of clashes
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Structure/ Construction Management related
- At least 3-5 years of BIM experience
- Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes
- Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit modeling
