Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in our client's sales operations, based in their Pioneer, West region office. Your role will directly impact the company's success by ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Our client is a leading company in the Pioneer, West region, dedicated to delivering outstanding sales operations and customer service.

Other Information

Working Day: 5.5 Alternate Saturday
Working Hour: 830am-530pm / 830am-1230pm
Working Location: 2 Gul Link, Singapore 629372 (Gul Circle MRT)
Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
Salary Range: $2500-$2900

What you'll be doing?

Manage orders: Oversee the entire order cycle, from quotations to tracking and fulfilment.
Handle inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Process invoices: Accurately process e-invoices within a 48-hour turnaround.
Coordinate logistics: Ensure compliance and timely delivery by managing import/export documentation.
Build relationships: Foster strong connections with customers, sales teams, and logistics partners.
Improve processes: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

Who are they looking for?

Qualifications: Minimum O-Level qualification; Diploma holders are welcome.
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, sales support, or order coordination. Candidates with relevant paperwork experience and willing to learn are welcome to apply.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Initiative: Someone who takes the lead and follows through without needing constant supervision.
