Job Summary

Handle customer enquiries, manage orders and drop-offs (shoes, bags, baby gear), and perform 30-minute express pram cleaning in a clean retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and explain services
Handle orders, payments, and POS system
Manage drop-off orders for deep cleaning (shoes, bags, baby gear)
Perform Express Pram Cleaning (approx. 30 mins):
Vacuum
Wipe Down
Steam Sanitisation
Drying
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store

Friendly and customer-oriented
Responsible and detail-oriented
Comfortable with hands-on work
Able to work independently
No experience required (training provided)

⏰ Working Hours

Flexible part-time shifts
Able to work weekends / peak hours preferred
Salary
$12 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
