Tampines - Secretary, Human Resource (6-9 months)

This role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer with the following responsibilities.
  1. Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for Chief, Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
  2. Arrange/collate documents for CHRO signature and ensure documents are distributed after signature.
  3. Draft simple letters for CHRO’s signature.
  4. Department Rep for disseminating of information.
  5. Provide Administrative/Secretarial support to CHRO and co-ordinate with members of the department.
  6. Keep stock and order of stationery, collaterals and consumables for department use
  7. Other Miscellaneous duties
Qualification
  1. Min GCE ‘O’ Level and/or Private Secretarial Certificate.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  3. Knowledge in use of MS Office
