Project Coordinator (Autocad/Revit/BIM) - Civil Engineering (No Exp Required) - Bukit Batok
- Location : Benoi Road
- Working hours : Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, if required to work on Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and teams on drawing submissions, revisions, and take-offs.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress claims.
- Maintain a digital library of project documents.
- Prepare and submit safety documents (risk assessments, fall protection plans, method statements, lifting plans, etc.).
- Support safety audits, document toolbox talks, and attend safety meetings and site walks.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in a related discipline from a BCA-recognized institution
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM
- Safety Skills: Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety-planning formats
