Join as an Associate Director - Recruitment to lead HR search across Singapore and Southeast Asia, supported by expert mentorship and a career framework fostering individual growth in a global, collaborative environment.

• Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, including Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia, ensuring successful talent placement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to provide ongoing talent solutions and support global mobility
• Collaborate with global consultants to leverage the international network for optimal talent sourcing and enhanced client service
• Apply self-motivation and professionalism to achieve success in a fast-paced, commercial recruitment environment without KPI constraints
• Participate actively in comprehensive 360-degree training programs, including one-on-one coaching, classroom, and online learning, to enhance recruitment expertise
• Drive personal career development by aligning learning activities with individual needs and utilizing management and career coaching support
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture that promotes collaboration and flexibility within the workplace

• Apply prior recruitment or research experience in any industry to effectively perform recruitment and talent sourcing activities
